Geckos can be placed on hold with a 40% non-refundable deposit for 4-week plans. Or 20% nonrefundable deposit for 2-week plans. If the buyer failed the complete the payment within the agreed time period, the buyer will have 2 days extension to clear the payment, otherwise, the gecko will be relisted and the payment you sent will not be refunded.
Please ask for an extension of the payment plan in advance, I'm very lenient and willing to work with you. Try to avoid last-minute asking
We will not ship out any geckos until the payment has been cleared and temperature is safe for both ends
Sex for geckos sold under 15 grams will not be guaranteed.
We guarantee the live arrival of the gecko, this only applies within 1 hour after delivery. however, once the gecko is in the hands of the buyer, we are no longer responsible for anything that happens
If the buyer decides to back out on a gecko, there are no refunds on any payments sent.
Losing a tail is a natural phenomenon, we are not responsible for losing a tail during any time of the transaction
If DOA happened during the shipping process, please make sure to contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
Under any circumstances, there will be no cash refunds, all refunds will be applied to store credit for future purchases or in exchange for another gecko of equal value
Live arrival will not be guaranteed on international shipments.
The buyer will need to cover any fee charged by Paypal(If using this method) during the transaction.
Once you put the deposit on a gecko, you may not switch to a different one, please make sure your choice is final.
We reserve the right to decline any sales
We do not have "Waitlists", geckos listed for sale will be based on "first come first serve". We can not hold a gecko for you while you are deciding. That means the gecko will be sold to the first person who sends the payment in the order of messages received.
